GHS Construction did a large office build out for me in early 2019 which included a reception area, 6 individual offices, a conference room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
Right from the beginning, I was put at ease with their professionalism and constant communication.
As someone who is not well versed in construction, Saghir made sure to take his time and answer any questions I had. The whole process went very smooth and the space turned out to be fabulous. Saghir Ahmed
Saghir’s career in the construction industry spans over 4 decades, starting out as a laborer in New York City in the 1980s. Through sheer hard work, passion, and determination, he worked his way up through the ranks, eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple high profile projects. In 2003, he founded GHS Construction with a clear vision: to provide clients with exceptional service, quality, and a personal touch throughout every stage of their construction projects.
What truly sets Saghir apart is his dedication to his clients. He believes that construction isn’t just about bricks and mortar; it’s about building strong relationships and making sure every client’s needs are met, from start to finish. He is involved in every project, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and that you, the client, are always in the loop.

Tanvir Spall
Director of Construction
Tanvir Spall has been a vital part of GHS Construction since its founding in 2003. As the Director of Construction, he oversees all day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from staffing and manpower to scheduling.
With his keen attention to detail and extensive experience in managing construction projects, Tanvir ensures that projects stay on track and are completed efficiently. His dedication to quality and seamless coordination is key to GHS’s continued success in delivering exceptional results to clients.
Araiz Spall
Project Manager
Strolling project sites ever since he was a young boy, Araiz has always had a passion for building. This led him to obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. Araiz has extensive experience in high profile commercial construction, including pharmaceutical buildings, schools, multi-family residential, and much more.
He assists with all facets of the business including estimating, purchasing, and project management. His technical expertise and background in engineering is instrumental in GHS’ ability to undertake even the most complex of projects.
