GHS Construction did a large office build out for me in early 2019 which included a reception area, 6 individual offices, a conference room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Right from the beginning, I was put at ease with their professionalism and constant communication. As someone who is not well versed in construction, Saghir made sure to take his time and answer any questions I had. The whole process went very smooth and the space turned out to be fabulous. We were also able to move in 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

It is with great pleasure I write this review for GHS Construction. I have had the opportunity to engage GHS Construction for two residential construction projects. Each time I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, dedication and quality work.

The first project involved a complete demolition and rebuilding of a 2,500 square feet single family house. GHS quickly secured all required permits and construction began immediately. During construction they were always willing to accommodate my suggestions and make their own recommendations for improving the overall project. The project was completed on time and within budget.

The other project involved major renovation to my own house involving a new 3,500 square feet extension to the existing 2,000 square feet single family house. This project was initially awarded to another contractor who let the project go out of control. I was able to terminate that contract and engaged GHS who picked up the project in mid-stream and got it back on track. The construction was completed with quality craftsmanship that far exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend GHS construction for projects ranging from minor renovations to full scale construction of new houses.
